LEARN, LAUGH AND LIVE OUT LOUD
Introducing Ladies Out Loud... a gathering of women loving life!
We learn together, laugh together, and live out loud together!
Now that I'm truly a 50's gal, I feel the need to shake things up a bit and live out loud. We are always learning so we may as well have fun doing so, right?
What does that mean? It means it's time to have some fun ladies! Time to be us...to be our authentic self and without apology for doing so. Time to try new things and do the things that we truly love, all which makes us healthier and happier with life. If I am committed to doing that for myself then I am committed to helping you do the same.
Are you ready to live YOUR life out loud? Why put off until tomorrow what you can do today?
Let's get started!
Ladies Out Loud... Learning and Loving Life! Come join us.

Karen MacDonald, Owner LOL
Karen is a certified professional life coach and founder of Ladies Out Loud. A Scottish born lass, and resident of Airdrie for over 23 years, married for 34 years, mum of two adult children and granny to two beautiful grandchildren.
Karen’s professional and personal life experiences have given her the tools to take on life’s challenges and have instilled a deep passion to empower women to live a life they truly deserve.
Karen started her coaching career in 2013 after 11 years working for a local non profit organization, with the last 3 years in an Executive role, a challenge she was uncertain about at the time but embraced. Her experience working for this non-profit organization and within the community has given her the tools to be a compassionate leader and activist for causes close to her heart.
As a keen fundraiser and event planner Karen organized Airdrie’s first ever V-Day event “The Vagina Monologues” raising awareness and funds for organizations that support women impacted by violence/abuse. She is a born gatherer, loves meeting new people and chatting over a cup of tea. Karen always has some wild and wacky idea up her sleeve, and is a lifelong learner.
“It's essential to keep moving, learning and evolving for as long as you're here and this world keeps spinning” ~ Rasheed Ogunlaru
